How to convert Navision 3.7 to Navision 2009

Hi all,

What are the basic steps required to convert navision 3.7 to navison 2009.

Because up to now we are using navision 3.7 but now we have  navision 2009 so please give some breif guidelines  .

    Hi Anilkumar,

    Welcome to the community.

    There are upgrade toolkits of partnersource and you will need to do this is steps.  Upgrading is quite specialised so I recommend you get someone with experience of upgrades involved.

    I think I have need to know atleat some basic things before upgrade the old version. 

    so please give some basic guideline steps.

    It talks about upgrade from 3.6 to 2009, but the same can be applied to 3.7.

     

    As far as knowing the basic steps, Upgrading to 2009 isn't easy and if you never done this, you need guidance from a senior developer who can help you through the upgrade.
