Access denied when resolving cases

Hi, I am trying to resolve the case by clicking the resolve button, however, it gives me the access error after I completed the resolution. Is there any access I need?

    HI there,

    The best approach I would suggest is turn on some network tracesto get the details of failure, there you will be able to confirm the user by 'userID' info + the missing privilege name. Developer tool from browsers, Network option is great for it.
