NAV 2015. Outlook 2013 Synchronization error.

I'm trying to use the Outlook Synch. feature in NAV 2015 with Outlook 2013. I've successfully established connection to the web service with the Outlook Add-in.

Now using any of the standard mappings available in NAV, for example I enable 'CONT_COMP' (Contacts of type Company) for my user.

When I go to the folders tab in the Outlook AddIn, After I choose a folder to store my ccontacts, I get this error, so the folder is not saved in to the configuration.

    first try to remove and re-install the outlook sync component.

    Thanks for the answer, no luck with reinstallation, sorry. I still get this error.

    seems to be a problem especially with the outlook 2013 version.

    there is described a similar problem.

    the solution is to remove and reinstall microsoft office.
