When I try to create a main contact from the main contact lookup field in account form it doesn´t work and takes infinity time and it doesn´t finish.

Hi,

Based on the information you have provided, it has come to our attention that you are using /New Look/. This also happens during our testing when the network environment is not good. You can try disabling /New Look/ to see if the issue occurs again.

Also, can I ask you if this issue is occurring on a specific entity or on all entities? If it's not a network issue, this could be a bug in the product.
