Hello,

Am an Information Security Officer and would like to be created as a user on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with a role that will enable be just review role and user access (Read Only). Kindly advise on the role and the privileges i should be assigned.

I will have to create a new user role with read permission for the needed menus, i thought there is an out of the box role specifically for an information security role.

i dont know existing privileges or role which one access read permission all menus,

You can create new user role, privileges with read permission for needed menus
