Hi,
We have a sub-grid displaying related cases (i.e. if they have been merged). However the merged case is not showing on the form. I can't work out why? I have set the properties below. Any ideas?

Verify the view definition for filters & run that view in Advanced find for results. If it works then probably this particular parent case may not have merged child cases.
Since it’s supposed to show only related records, are you capturing parent case lookup? Check it.
