I am having trouble displaying document in my dynamic 365 portal. I can see folder but not documents. The document format I have tried is PDF and word file. I was wondering if anyone has encounter this problem before. The documents are stored in SharePoint. I am using sub-grid which I am displaying using Entity Form. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for replying. We are on-premise. I am able to save files to SharePoint from CRM using workflow and when i look at the sub-grid from within CRM I can see the documents but I can't see the document in the portal.
