Suggest that you review the requirement. What if someone start using favorites, the purpose of using module gets defeated and they won't see the customization that you may do. Hope this gives you some reasoning as to why not do such customizations that won't help.

I also agree, it doesn't seem very good solution to provide pop up every time module is switched. If you really want to implement it, try customizing the class SysMenuNavigationPage. This is class gets called when switching modules
Don't you think it would be a bit distracting for the users if they get popups all the time when they switch between modules? Maybe you have noticed but the current company is already shown in the top of every form, as well as the top bar of AX client, so the users can very easily see the company that they are using.
I think the best solution for your requirement is to train the users to observe the information that is already displayed to them.

First I want to display company logo as background image on all modules Area Page but I found it cannot be done so instead I want to display current company logo when open every Module for a while .

Just to understand the business requirement if you kindly put some light on this;
--- Why such requirement is there when you can change legal entity manually? OR even you can restrict users in any particular legal entity by granting access rights through Users form !!
--- What about other modules? When you will click on any other modules; do you expect system should display company logo for few seconds every time?

Can you please share some more information like -- opening a pop up form by clicking on General ledger module; what kind of information you are expecting that system should display in that form ?
