Hi all,
I want to make the QR code smaller. Right now this is the size i get:
As you can see very large. How can I make this smaller?

You can adjust the size by modifying the HTML.
For example, I changed the QR code to 30px × 30px.
Here is the effect.

Thank you, is there a way to test send the email and see the QR. Or does it always has to be live and in a journey?
Hi,
The QR code in Marketing email is associated with Event Registrations so it cannot be seen if the contact has not registered any event/ session.
You can see it with the Inbox Preview feature in Designer after setting the contact who has a record of Registration for preview.
I tried this solution and it works, but if I try to modify something in my email design and then I save, the width="30" height="30" disappear from the HTML code, as if it returned to the original code every time. Does anyone has the same problem? Thank you
