I want to be able to approve entries as a light user, this seems to work if I am sending an approval request, and I can approve if this moves to another approver. If I am the final approver or the limit of the PO is less than my approval limit, I start hitting my 3 table maximum. Is there anyway around this as all the light users want to do is approve PO's that have been entered by their staff they don't use the system for anything else.

I suppose, you speak about limited users (not light user) if you use NAV 2013 or newer.
If you want to write in only 3 tables, this is a possible, but you have to catch these 3 tables.
