Does anybody know a way to remove a canceled purchase order from the all purchase orders screen? Trying to clean it up and hoping to remove these

Hi Tyham,

You can use a standard filter an exclude the canceled purchase orders.

That's a manual process but it should only show you the non-cancelled POs.

If you want to have the filter automatically applied when opening the form then you can make use of favorites and add the query to it or ask a developer to modify the form in a way that the filter is automatically applied.

Hi Ludwig,

I assume you are asking to hide the Cancelled PO's by using filter. But is it possible to delete the cancelled PO's permanently from system?
