Hello guys,
When I want to download Service Update in Shared Asset Library, I found some named : Proactive Quality Update like this one ->
And one question, if I haven't download the Service Update, can I just download the latest Proactive Quality Update ?

Regarding your 2nd question, you should apply service update 30 first before the proactive update.

I'm sorry for late response. About service update, that we need to apply first, is this the correct statement to refer with ->
"Proactive quality updates will never downgrade the environment or automatically upgrade from one service update version to another."
This statement is from the link that you provided, so which mean "Proactive quality updates will NOT automatically upgrade service update" , can I say that ?
