Hello,
I would like to prevent making an entry declaration with an amount of zero, is there a way to do it in a standard way?
From already thank you very much.

Can you explain what process/form you are referring to?

    Hi Andre,
when the cashier opens his shift at the POS( D365 Commerce), he declares the start amount, which is never zero. But it has happened that by mistake they have declared it at zero and when they want to close the shift it does not allow them to validate that difference, giving an error.
We would like to be able to avoid these errors and I wanted to know if there is any configuration that prevents making the initial declaration with a zero amount.
From already thank you very much

    Regards.

    Thanks for the clarification Maxi,

I don't know if there is a specific setting for the POS or if a customization is required. Maybe there is another volunteer on this forum who can help you.

This is not supported OOB the only way to achieve this requirement is to do a customization.
