Creating new Contacts via the Subgrid on the Account entity in Edge

Edge-Quick-Create-Form.PNGChrome-Quick-Create-Form.PNGOur default browser is Edge, when users try to create a new contact via the Quick Create Form within the Account entity the whole form does not display so they are missing some data fields. This does not behave the same way in Chrome as the whole form displays on the screen. Does anyone know how to get the whole form to display in Edge?

    Hi,

could you try to clear the browser cache or update the browser?

We do have similar issue with this, but this is with google chrome but not edge.

Hi Ravi, I've added a couple of screen shots to my original post, the one on the left is from Edge, on the right is Chrome. IE behaves in the same way as Chrome. Thanks,

Hi, I've cleared the cache and browser history and it is still the same. Chrome and IE are OK, they show all the fields on the form but Edge doesn't.

    Hi,

I tested in my environment, I believe this is standard behaviour, depending on the browser. AS you can see , my google chrome is behave differently than yours :( .

    Hi,

As also suggested above, this seems an expected browser behaviour and you can't do much. Logically Quick create forms should not have these many fields. if you still want to capture all fields then you can disable Quick Create form which will load the main entity form with all the fields in both the browser.

    Hope this helps.
