Where are the admin/customization features for Customer Service Hub? I would like to add some (custom) fields to the forms that are important to our company.

Hi Andy,
You can go to https://make.powerapps.com and then navigate to Apps. There you will find Customer Service Hub app. Click on ellipses next to the name and click Edit. This way you will can modify the Customer Service Hub app directly.
Mudassar is just trying to send you to the Customisation / Solution area in the Classic Interface (the little down arrow chicklet next to Settings in the top banner) but you probably don't need to go there for what you are tyring to do.
The contents inside the App are what your users will have available to them. If you have an existing Form that you want users to see you would go to the App Designer and tick the relevant form etc and then Publish.
It you are actually wanting to create a new form from scratch this can also now be initiated from within the App Designer, just click on a Form tile and the left hand side slide out will have a New form link towards the top. Most of us would probably create a new form outside of the App Designer, and probably in our own Solution file.
Thanks Mudassar. I am a global admin for all of O365. Where are roles set for these individual UI apps?
Under the gear I have "Advanced Settings" available, but Settings does not appear in the dropdown.
When I click on Advanced Settings, it takes me to the "Business Management" page of settings under the old interface. Is this where you want me to navigate to Customizations?
(I was able to get to Customize the System, but I don't see an connection back to the Customer Service Hub app. It appears this is the old interface. How do I customize what will render on the Customer Service Hub??)
Thanks LA.
Should I be someplace other than the App Designer? I am not an IT guy, I just want to be able to add different forms to the UI apps in the easiest way possible. It was pretty straightforward when I first bought Dynamics.
Now my employees can't see all import (to our business) fields we've created over the years.
Navigate to the Customer Service Hub app. Make sure you have System Admin or System Customizer role. Click on the Settings Gear on the right top corner. Click on Settings. On the setting page, Navigate to Customisation and then click om Customize this System.
Ok, so you are inside the App Designer.
Sometimes they are ok to ignore other times not. What they usually indicate is that something that is referenced on an object that is not linked (included) in the App eg. a Dashboard could have a component that uses a view and you do not have that view ticked against the entity etc (or the entity is not included in the app at all).
What you do not want is dependencies sitting on your Site Map (i.e. the menu the Users interact with), and I would definitely resolve those.
Here's where I'm at....
I came across this screen and it appeared fairly straightforward that I could select multiple forms to appear. I selected a 2nd form and got these warnings. Re the warnings, all but one end with "App users will see all forms and views." ...preceded by "[something] doesn't reference a form or view."
The final warning is "The Service entity isn't valid for the chosen client, and won't be shown at runtime."
Follow the following path: Power Apps / Solutions / Default solution / Customer service hub. Then select the entity and then select edit
Not sure exactly what you are doing. Are you talking about when you export your changes in a solution file?
Typically you would create your own solution file and add the objects in question eg Entity/Table and then make modifications. Publish. If you want to move it to another environment you then export your solution file (as it only contains your minimal changes you will get warnings at this point about missing dependencies), assuming your target environment was setup the same as your source environment then the dependencies should already exist in the target, when you import if there are missing dependencies the solution file import will fail and tell you why (most of the time).
Thanks Andrew.
I found the interface and it looks pretty straightforward to add & modify the forms & such.
However, when I attempted to add a 2nd Account form to Customer Service Hub, it triggered 38 errors - mostly dependencies. Have you seen any guidance on resolving these warnings? And are their critical? i.e. data corruption issues. Or just an issue of rendering? i.e. missing data.
