Security role with View only access

Hi all,

I checked and found there is no out of box security role that will provide view only access to a person in HR dept. Correct me if am wrong.

Created a new one and added all the Approve/View/Inquire related duties and privileges. This is working fine but am unable to view the Personnel Management module in the left hand navigation section but when I search am able to find the respective form details in view mode. Did I missed anything?

Can someone share your experience in creating a view only role?

    I got this. Manually created by adding all duties and privileges that contains 'View' or 'Inquire'.
