Does anyone know how I can see recently subscribed contacts? I know that I can go into each contact individually to see the "allow" or "do not allow" for email and marketing materials, however, I'm looking to see this information quickly. Perhaps there is an advanced find query that would be useful and I could add that to a Dashboard??
help please! and thank you.
Hi,
You can create a dynamic segment with a behavior block to achieve it.
There are two segment template which can meet your request.
Here, for example, I chose the first one.
Find the id from the URL of the subscription list you'd like to track.
It will filter out the contacts who subscribe the list from the email name "unsub".
There are also several different interactions can be set as the condition of the segment, which you can choose based on your request.
Thanks Nya,
Unfortunately this didn't work for me and to be honest, I'm not sure it is what I'm looking for.
I'm wondering if Dynamics can notify me when a new customer subscribes. We don't have the form to set up to a Marketing list, the form simply changes the consent on the contact record.
Cheers!

Hi Kati Kat,
How about the following one:
It allows to filter out contacts who submitted a certain form and allow bulk emails (subscribed).
For unsubscribers, you just need to change the "Allow" to "Do not allow".
