Hi All,

Like as the title, currently I have problem with "Tax Liable" turn on in Sales Order even the customer card's "Tax Liable" turned off

Is there any setup related this or any one knows resolved way then please let me know. Thank you in advance.

I found the reason for this. If the "Tax Liable" turned on in the "Ship-To Address" then the sales order's "Tax Liable" turn on even if the "Tax Liable" turned off in the Customer Card. I hope this stuttering of beginners will help you operate your system in the future.

Very helpful information, thanks.
It looks like other information on the "Ship-To Address" will overwrite the information on the Customer Card.
