Data Distribution job not updating new records

Hi, 

The data distribution job for Customers in not updating newly created customers to the store database. However any updates to the customer fields are sent and updated properly, and also a full job updates all the customers as well. 

How can i check whether ASYNC is working properly, and Change tracking is enabled for newly created customers. 

Any help on troubleshooting this issue,? i am on AX2012 R3

    You can try to test the connection in the AsyncClientConfigurationUtility.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\CDX\Async Client\Package\AsyncClientConfigurationUtility.exe

    I am also facing the same issue with 1010 and 1040 data distribution jobs. A full data sync of the job is updating the  all the information. 

    @echo- "also a full job updates all the customers as well" Are you referring to 9999 job  in Data distribution or 1010 in data full data sync ? Were you able to resolve it ?

    I found out that if i use an AX administrator user to run the job it is updated properly without any issues.  Not sure why but it resolves the issue.
