Importing Data from An old ERP System to Nav 2016

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to use NAV's OCR functionality to import PDF sales orders from another ERP system to Nav. Currently, we are entering sales order which are in another system twice which is a very slow process.

Can you export the sales transactions in an Excel spreadsheet or .csv file? If yes, then use RaptidStart to bring in the sales orders into NAV.

FYI............. The OCR functionality can work predicated the image is very clear and the mapping template. The images that are not accepted will have to be entered manually.

You can export the data through XML or dataport in CSV format.
