We have started running into issues lately with the HTML Web Resource. We have had a button on a form for quite sometime and went to add another one. The other one is not working as expected and now we are afraid to modify the one that does work in anyway since it could likely quit working.
We have this sanitized HTML and <script>:
When we save the Web Resource HTML for the one that is working, it does this to it:
It fills it with crap. But hey it works for the time being and does what expect.
So to get the new button working, we copy the one that is working and put into a new HTML Web Resource and does this junk to it:
This does not work at all. It does not create a button at all and just makes a scrolling text area.
We've tried pasting the clean code in there too. It junks it up too and again, we just end up with a scrolling text area and not a button.
It seems like something is obviously broken with adding new Web Resources. If create a new one, and click back and forth between "Rich Text" and "Source" tabs, it adds increasingly more junk to it, even though you haven't put a shred of text in it.
Any suggestions for how to resolve this?
Hi Partner,
Just check if HTML alone is working fine if you access in browser
Additionally, this seems to be known issue which was occurred recently and will be fixed in upcoming release of CRM version
