When you click on a queue item and open it, is there a way to pick it while it is open?
Hello,
When you are on the Queue page, you can see the various Queue Items on the view. However, when you open one of the Queue Items (for example a Phone Call), the form that CRM will open is the Phone Call form, which does not have the Pick option.
The only available out of the box option to Pick a queue item is to use the Queue Item subgrid.
