we were on the Test environment on LCS , and printers were working just fine ; 1 week ago we moved to the LCS Production environment after that the printers stopped working. so we naturally uninstalled the previous routing agent and downloaded the new one from the production environment but that didn't work
this is the error we are getting
note that users that didn't have the previous routing agent , successfully downloaded the new routing agent and started printing with no issues
is there something that needs to be done when you uninstall the Routing agent to clean the history, like from Regedit?
please let me know , thanks
This worked for me...
1) Open the Routing agent program and sign-out
2) Stop the Microsoft Document routing agent windows service
3) Un-install the routing agent
4) Re-install
