financial reporting designer

Hi

I can't open financial reporting designers in D365 FO when i try to edit financial report. Error is Application not connecting. anyone please let me know which application i need to install ?

    What role does your user have assigned?

    Is your user the only one that has this problem or do all users have the same issue?

    Which browser do you use? IE or Chrome?

    IE is recommended, but if you are using Chrome.

    try with IE and ensure correct access (for time being could give system admin) and suggest

    Hi All

    Yes issue has been resolved and thanks for help.

    i follow these

    1: rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache    ( run this as an admin on CMD)

    2: restart computer 

    3: I open D365 FO page in internet explorer

    after that its allow me to install designer tool.

    It's sound that IE is also not supported.

    And we cannot use Chrome in Mainland China.

    Could Clickonce be installed in Edge?
