Duplicate Detection Job

Hi,

I need some clarification on Duplicate Detection Jobs. 

I need to run a job on our Contacts. We have over 60k contacts so I have to run the jobs multiple times based on dates created etc as I think the job wont run on over 5k contacts at once.

I have a Duplicate Detection rule created to search for an exact match on the email. However I cant seem to 'apply' the rule to the job. I have been loking around and am I correct in saying that I should be able to select the Rule from the 'Look For' dropdown in the job? If so, I cant see it there.

Whats happening now is the job is running but its just coming back with all contacts matched on names, which is a total waste of time. Im not sure what I'm doing wrong.

    Hi,

    OOB Contact already has Duplicate detection rule which you are looking for. See highlighted rule in below image.

    Now before you run Duplicate detection job, you must deactivate/Unpublished all other Duplicate detection rules on Contact  record which is not required.

    This step is important.
