I need some clarification on Duplicate Detection Jobs.
I need to run a job on our Contacts. We have over 60k contacts so I have to run the jobs multiple times based on dates created etc as I think the job wont run on over 5k contacts at once.
I have a Duplicate Detection rule created to search for an exact match on the email. However I cant seem to 'apply' the rule to the job. I have been loking around and am I correct in saying that I should be able to select the Rule from the 'Look For' dropdown in the job? If so, I cant see it there.
Whats happening now is the job is running but its just coming back with all contacts matched on names, which is a total waste of time. Im not sure what I'm doing wrong.
