Hi Experts,
I added a new value to a custom field drop down - There was a typo in this value and I backed out .i.e. not even saved or applied change. However, when I refreshed page this new value was there and I cannot edit it or anything...
Should the system be committing changes without user effortfully saving or applying changes? Is there any way of editing this value at all? I can see when you hover on field there is a pencil for edit but everything is greyed out as below where I need to take out the "1."
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.
You can delete the custom field and recreate it again with new values.
Thanks Parag.
I don't think it's possible to delete just that value in drop down else it's warning I am about to delete the actual custom field.
Thanks for sharing page on voting for this idea - will certainly do so as it's crazy you can't update or delete that value.
Thanks
Hi Ramson,
You have to delete and recreate it again.
There is already an idea to edit a custom field picklist You can vote for an idea here. experience.dynamics.com/.../
