Production Slowness

During peak business days our production instance is experiencing slow performance.

For example default views are timed out and does not load. This makes me think how data in view is loaded. For example there are lakhs of case records and the default view is active case , instead of my active case. Can this have an impact ? If at all the view is active cases , doesn't the view loads only maximum 250 records intially ? and there shouldnt be an impact based on laths or rows or few thousand rows right ?

I have the same question (0)

Hello, is this for an online or on-premise environment?  Is this happening within a dashboard with many views?  Is this focused on just one entity?  Is this only with views or with other actions as well such as general navigation or updating records etc.?
