Why is Field Service CE Dynamics the right choice?

Hello Community,

If you were to propose why Field Service Dynamics is the right choice to implement in comparison to other softwares/systems, which are other systems that we should look into and compare MS FS with? Why is Microsoft FS the right choice would you say, pros and cons? For example a global company with big FS management.

    Hi Denzo,

    It is difficult to answer all the advantages in a post. Perhaps Microsoft's field service application is not the best compared to the competition, but what gives value to this product is the entire ecosystem (the power platform) and the power of the azure cloud. There I assure you that this product beats the competition.
