Hello,
I just create and posted a bill of exchange journal. I want now to reverse this journal. I saw an option "Cancel bill of exchange document" but it is not functionnal.
when I try to undo settlment between bill of exchange journal and invoice settlted, this error appear : "A bill of exchange transaction is marked for reversal. Reversing the settlement does not cancel this bill of exchange. To reverse and cancel the bill of exchange, please use the protest bill of exchange journal instead."
Can anyone tell me how to cancel and undo settlment without using of the protest bill exchange journal ??
