Hierarchy relationship and Principal user is missing prvReadIncident privilege

Hello,
User is attempting to assign company to a different sales agent, but under this specific company she received the error listed below:
User has confirmed that she is able to reassign other companies. So I don't think it is an issue with the security roles, but with the hierarchy relationship.
The issue with this company is that it has a hierarchy relationship on the Company, how can I solve this error?

    Hi Partner,
    According to the message prompt, this user lacks permissions for the incident(case) entity.
    Is the current company record an associated case record?

    Yes in Related tab of this record I have Cases and Case Associated View.
     
    What should I do to fix this error? Create a new security role for the User for this table?

    Whether you are creating a new security role or editing an already assigned security role for this user。
