Modify Business Process flow Quotation view

Hi!

For our system we are using a custom made Business Process flow on the Opportunity entity. Before I go to the Quotation section I have the option to chose from recent Quotes. My question is if there is a way to modify the view where I chose from the recent quotes? If someone could tell me how can I search for that view I would be greatful too!

Hi Milan,

Can you provide a screenshot?

Did you create a Quote lookup field on Opportunity, so the recent Quotes view is in the Quote lookup field?

Hi!

I've attached the image. On the picture I was on the opportunity entity in the develop proposal stage and I wanted to go to the next stage which is Quotation.My question is if there is a way to modify that small windows view where it says Select Quote. The problem is that currently it displays the Friendly Name field and I want it to display the Name field of the Quote.
