Hi All,

We are getting some issue related to Matrix Page - Excel Report Generation. Our use is generating some data on Matrix Page and later the same will be exported out with Excel feature - ( Customized Excel Creation using Excel Buffer, Not pressing CTRL+ E). This Excel is working fine for few days then it is getting hanged and we need to restart the RTC Service to resume this functionality.

Anyone facing the same issue ? Please help us .

Are you getting this error with all pages or specific. As some Add-ons installed in Excel generate such issue. I have faced several time specially when Jet Report is installed.

Identify the Addon and disable it or if possible remove it.

Disable all and try activating one by one, this way you can identify the culprit.
