CRM 2013 Update Rollup 5 - Data Import Date Error

Since updating to Update Rollup 5 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 we have had an issue with importing dates via the data import where the dates in the import files are dd/MM/yyyy but it is now expecting dates to be in MM/dd/yyyy.

Fields are Date Only fields, users doing the import have personal options set to English (United Kingdom). I notice in the "issues taht are resolved section", this issue has listed as being resolved

  • Date format is changed from DD/MM/YYY to MM/DD/YYYY after new records are imported.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

    Are you importing as CSV or XLSX?

    This is by CSV, oddly xlsx works fine.

    Unfortunately we have lots of automated imports from external parties that are CSV.
