Zetadocs Express error: "Your company has not been assigned a Zetadocs ID"

We have Zetadocs working correctly in a test database. That database was cloned to create a go-live database, however in the live database Zetadocs is not working - trying to open any page which has Zetadocs on it gives this error:

I have tried reimporting all of the objects and configuration XML, deleting and reimporting the WSP file into SharePoint, but nothing seems to help.  It is still working fine in the test database.

Any help is much appreciated!

    Hello Paul,

    Can you check that the company name is shown correctly in the 'Zetadocs Company IDs' table (9041211) in your live db. I suspect the company name is slightly different in your test & live db.

    Hi Jasonk,

    You need to open the Development Environment-->Tools-->Object Designer-->Tables

    Then go to table 9041211-Zetadoc Company Ids like David previously stated and hit Run.
