Data step must be a certain value

Hi mates,
 
I want to go to the next stage of the BPF if a multioption field have a certain value.
 
In my case, I have one multioption field as a data step of a stage with 4 possible values (Rejected, pending, in process of approval and approve). I want to go to the next stage when the field takes the Approve value.
 
Is there any way to force this with some development or something?
