Restricting use of an Email address when sending out a Marketing email

Posted on by 223
Hi,

Is it possibly within Dynamics to restrict a user from using an Email address when sending out a Marketing Email??

I know when I use other Microsoft applications such a PowerAutomate I can't use certain email address associated with the organisation I work in as I don't have the permission.

Or is it a free text box and as long as it meets the correct email structure it will be allowed

Regards

Chris

    Hi,

You can validate and restrict the email addresses in a contact record by adding JS Web Resource to the contact form.
Design the JS to make the contact's email address match the expected email address.
This way, users send emails with filtered contact email addresses.

    Best Regards,
