Where do I find "Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Customer Engagement"?

I'm new to Dynamics 365 and used version 2011 in the end.
As Action Pack subscriber I should be validated for Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Customer Engagement (as far as I know it's the only module which is included in the subscription). But, where can I find it? I only have found "Dynamics 365 - custom", but this comes up with a warning that this app is out of time and that probably some functions wouldn't work.

For the beginning I'm just looking for a GUI to show up addresses like in Outlook or so. Then I want to import my addresses and conversation details from 2011 into it. Extra functionality shall follow at a later time.

Sorry for my newbie question, but I would be delighted to get help!

    Hi Dirk, 

    Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is the name of the plan. 

    More details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/overview

    When you access your Dynamics 365 environment, you should be able to access the different apps that are present in your environment of which Dynamics -365 custom app is one of the apps. 

    Screenshots from my online test environment: 

    If you're within the Dynamics 365 -custom app then you can access the different modules by clicking on the dropdown on bottom left side:

    You can access the various model driven apps present in your environment by clicking on the dropdown highlighted in the screenshot below:
