GP Power tools - WINDOW POSITION MEMORY

Hello Experts,

my purchase order document screen has gone a little weird…it usually doesn’t extend that way in width. I’ve tried adjusting it to make it smaller, but it will only let me change the length

Does anyone know if I can fix this using the GP power tools functionality? if yes can someone provide steps, please

This window Resizable property is by default set to true, so sometimes when we expend it , it behaves like that. try to logout from GP and login again it will return to it's original length.

If you have an issue with GP Power Tools, please use the support request form on our website

www.winthropdc.com/support.htm

Make sure you are on the latest GP Power Tools code, currently build 28.9 but build 29.1 will be releasing soon. This should stop this issue recurring.

To fix, ask the user to reset their window position memory data. From the menus Microsoft Dynamics GP >> User Preferences >> Additional Menu >> Reset Window Memory Settings.

An Administrator user can also reset using the Window Position Memory window.
