Field Service and PSA Integration (Dynamics 365 version only)

Hi,

My questions below are only pertaining to Dynamics 365.

1. I want to know if it is possible to integrated Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Service Automation?

2. If it is possible, which environment? is it available on both On-Premise and On-Site?

3. If available on-promise? how to activate?

4. If available on-site, how to activate? is it an add-on? what and how to install?

5. Is there any documents or website that discuss about this?

Any feedback is much appreciated.

    Hi AC,

    1. PSA and field services can work in the same enviroment.

    2.3.4. They both only work online

    To install online goto 365 Admin and then the Dynamics 365 Administration centre

    Thanks for the reply. But I already know how to install both of these.

    My question is about the integration between PSA and field service. How do they integrate to each other?

    They are already integrated in Terms of sharing resources, characteristics, resource requirements and leveraging both the benefits from the same schedule board experience. So what kind of Integration scenario you´re looking for?
