How do deploy web files to another environment?

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate "Web Files", "Notes" using the Configuration Migration Tool. But whenever I import notes, it says "Entity Note, Completed Importing 0 of 149". I don't really want to reupload all the files under the Note tab. If there's better way to deploy without doing it manually. I also tried Attachments but no luck. Thanks!

So those notes are attached to Web Files. Did you make sure to upload the Web Files first and then notes? Also ,make sure that your Web Files IDs are the same in the new environment, this is achieved by configuring the migration tool to keep the ids the same. If this doesn't work, can you paste you import log errors?
