Would I be able to route calls outbound from a marketing list, and have a voice bot call prospective customers and then capture these answers back into d365

    This can be achieved through a combination of tools and integrations

    1. Power Automate

    Create a flow that triggers when a new record is added to your marketing list.
    Use the Power Automate connector to initiate outbound calls to the phone numbers on the list.
    Configure the flow to pass relevant information about the lead or contact to the voice bot.

    2. Voice Bot Platform

    Build a voice bot using a platform like Power Virtual Agents or a third-party provider.
    Design the bot's conversation flow to capture the desired information from the customer.
    Integrate the voice bot with Power Automate to receive the call initiation request and pass the captured information back to the flow.

    3. Dynamics 365 Integration
