d365 teams integration and field service app

Hi guys we have Teams up and running on d365 fine on the web interface

However on the field service mobile app we just have to see setting things up followed buy and unexpected error on the start-up screen  

Can anyone advise ?

    Are you referring to the embedded teams collaboration feature? If so, this feature is not supported on the mobile app
