Survey URLs sometimes are unavailable

Hello!
Survey URLs that look like ecv.microsoft.com/[alfadigital-code] are short-links for customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=[long-alfadigital-code]&vt=[another-long-code]
And sometimes those short URLs won't expand correctly, displaying /Something went wrong/ page with a session Id and Correlation Id in the details.
The survey creator party says they see the same error page at the moment, but few hours later everything goes fine on both sides.
