
Hello CRM Gurus,
We have an email queue that is no longer needed and would like to get rid of it from CRM........However there are over 73K emails associated with this Queue. Does anyone know of a way to remove the e-mails from the Queue but not delete the actual e-mail message from CRM?

I have the same question (0)Dynamics 365 (CRM) creates a copy of the activity in the queue so deleting, closing or moving a queue item, whether it is an activity such as an email or a case does not delete the underlying record.
Luckily, this now means that all you have to do is create a batch delete process, select 'Queue Items' and filter by the queue that you want to remove/deactivate.
1. Navigate to 'Settings'
2. Select 'Data Management'
3. Select 'Bulk Record Deletion'
4. From the selection, select 'Queue Items' and define your criteria to filter only those 'Queue Items' that belong to a certain queue (see screenshot below)
Select OK and then finish
