Projects Operations Lite - Tasks "Group by progress"

Hi, I use the Projects Operations Lite and have the following problem:

I have entered tasks and now try to change the tasks.

I`m in the setting " group by progress" and want to postpone a task from "not started" into "in progress". That doesen`t work, neither by drag + drop nor by changing the time window.

That also means that I can`t see my tasks in the correct way in the charts, there are only "not started" tasks:

What did I forget or set incorrectly? Can anyone help me or give me a tip?

Hi Birgit,

Not sure what happened there that you cannot move from one bucket to another!

I could, but note that Charts will only change as soon as resources submit hours against those tasks and the tasks are approved by a PM.

Once they do that would and it is approved that would start moving the percentages on the first visual and change those, like below:
