when the customer click in the "Resolve Case" button in the Case form he wants to display the Case Resolution form in full screen. Is there any way to do this using Power Apps and without modify the source code of the "Resolve Case" button?

Unfortunately, there are no any OOB ways achieve it.
But I have a way to achieve your goal indirectly:
1.Select 'quick create dialog' option in Service Configuration Settings > Resolve case dialog.
2.Uncheck 'Allow quick create' option for case resolution entity:
Go Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Case Resolution:
Result:
You can open the Case Resolution form in full screen now;
