I was wondering if I have my social-media account created and configured inside Dynamics 365 Marketing and then I publish a post directly in Facebook (outside Dynamics), will I be able to see it and get the insights inside Dynamics 365 Marketing?

Unfortunately, the post cannot be seen in Dynamics 365 Marketing if you publish it directly in Facebook.
Since the social post connected to Facebook can be only post into a company page. I created a page in my Facebook and made a new post directly to test.
It cannot be synced to D365 even if the Facebook account is reauthorized. Only scheduled posts can be shown in the calendar.
The Social Post is an entity which is used to author and schedule your posts.
The functions it encompasses are editing, posting, scheduling/ rescheduling, and cancelling a post.
