Hi,
I read is the Dynamics NAV 2016 Implementation book that there are about 2000 over add-ons to the Dynamics NAV 2016. Where can I find those? Is there something like a marketplace just like the Office 365?

Add-ons in NAV is not like a general Upgrade. In addition to the base product, Add-ons are sold by ISV's (Independent software vendor). Because the base program has to focus on generic versions of business cases, software products supplementing/modifying NAV functionality are required, sold and distributed as NAV Add-ons, to improve functionality of NAV system.
You can always contact a Microsoft Partner company or look into the online sites(google) of those companies like
dynamicsuser.net/.../showcases
msdynamicsworld.com/product_spotlight
But if you are Developer and want to integrate small addons in your bigger customization module then you should look into partner source: partnercenter.microsoft.com/.../search

Here you can get hold of various partners who does various stuff in Dynamics hence the products.
