Zetadocs Express Subfolders

Hallo,

when working with Zetadocs Express and SharePoint, there will be create a subfolder with Name is creation Date, to stores the documents in it.

Is it possible to set subfolders for my own (e.g. Customer No. ore someone else) and if yes, how can i do this ?

    Hello,

    Date is the only sub-folder that will be created using Zetadocs Express.   Zetadocs Essentials and Plus Editions allow for Date, Company Name and Document type sub-folders.  Zetadocs Capture Plus also allows for some directing of files to specific SharePoint folders upon archival.  All Zetadocs editions tag documents with metadata. to allow for easy filtering and searching in SharePoint.  Many Zetadocs users have also set up SharePoint workflows to automatically move saved Zetadocs documents to other folders based on the document metadata.  This can be used to create different sub-folders as you have requested.  Keep in mind that moving the documents based on metadata is SharePoint functionality, not Zetadocs.  Zetadocs enables this by adding metadata to the documents.  When using workflows like this all Zetadocs documents should stay on the same SharePoint site in order to preserve the ability to view in NAV.

    Hi Peter,

    When using Zetadocs Express, documents are always archived to SharePoint using DATE subfolders and this cannot be customised. When using Zetadocs Delivery and/or Capture editions, you can customise the subfolders that are used when archiving documents to SharePoint.
