I need to create a job that shows a message box to a user of ax that I indicate based on its id. To a user or to several, to show a notification to all the users indicated. I do not know how to create the job, is there a code for it?

How do you imagine that such a thing should work? You can't magically stop all code running on users' machines and execute your own thing... You may be able to use net send in same cases, but it's not inside AX.
To be honest, alerts, e-mails and IM messages sound like the right tools to me. I understand you wanted something else, but it doesn't look feasible to me.
Yes but that creates an alert record that can be seen in the form. What I want is for a user to see a Message Box with a message that I indicate
